The Open Collective Europe Foundation acts as our legal and fiscal guardian. They hold the funds, handle the taxes, and manage the compliance. This allows our collective to function legally without needing to incorporate a separate legal entity for every new project we spin up.

Every dollar, euro, or credit that enters ByRecon is visible. Every expense is logged. Anyone—member or public—can see exactly where our money comes from and how it is spent in real-time.

Democratic Spending

Financial decisions aren't made behind closed doors. Expenses are submitted openly and approved based on the collective's defined permissions.
